During Joshua‘s ethical hacking career he has never encountered a single network that could keep him or his teams out. He has also accomplished a number of impressive social engineering feats, such as talking his way into bank vaults, fortune 500 data centers, corporate offices, restricted areas of casinos and more. His experience in all things security led him to realize something had to change. This was the catalyst that led him to found PeopleSec where he is the CEO and Chief Hacker. Joshua is internationally recognized as one of the world’s most accomplished social engineers and the world’s leading expert on cybersecurity awareness.

Patrick Crumbaugh

We think of Patrick as the human-machine behind the scenes that keeps PeopleSec moving and pushing forward. He is heavily involved in all aspects of customer-delivery, product development, and service delivery. Patrick is also on the EC-Council's Advisory Board for Advanced Web Application Hacking and Security.

Prior to PeopleSec, Patrick held positions in the Nuclear industry, focusing on the health and safety of his fellow employees working as a Health Physicist in Radiation Protection departments at places such as for the Department of Energy, Uranium enrichment facilities, as well as for Nuclear Power Generation Stations.

Marco Scavo

Junior Partner, CMO & Acting VP of Sales

Marco joined the PeopleSec team in 2016 and has kept our messaging down to earth and on point. He has more than 20 years of experience in all facets of marketing from fortune 100 companies to small businesses, having managed annual assets in excess of $10 million to as little as $5,000. His marketing programs all have the hallmark of increasing the size and scope of sales while reducing the sales-cycle. He also has extensive experience in PR and working with elected officials and regulators.

In a career-detour that has been a boon to PeopleSec, Marco also spent more than five years as a programmer, developing database-driven applications for small to medium sized businesses to automate day-to-day business tasks and lower costs.

Marco also has an extensive background in education, training, and professional coaching.
